Yes, we accept returns within 14 days from delivery. If the item that you receive is not what was described, we will give you a 100% return and pay for the return shipping, All other returns we will return the original purchase price only, customer will pay the return shipping. Please get in touch with us about the return before you ship it. Yes we will combine items for shipping, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know. We monitor our email from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm so we will get right back with you if it is within this time frame, or the next day if it is outside of the time frame.

If there is insurance on your item then we will go through the insurance, it generally takes 2 weeks for you to receive the check. If there is no insurance then we will refund the purchase price only, after we receive pictures of the broken item, send pictures to email@example.com
